The Eastern Province Council is the body of living members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, who reside within the geographic boundaries of the administrative subdivision.

The Council meets annually, by statute, to conduct fraternity business, elect new officers, update members of initiatives enacted since the last Province Council or Grand Chapter, and recognize the achievements of members.
